Buying a home is usually the largest purchase an individual will make in their lifetime and usually require a mortgage loan. There are many documents that need to be completed for both the buyer and seller. Some documents require a general Notary Public to witness your signature. However, there are also document(s) that require a Notary Public who is also licensed as a Title Insurance Producer in the state of Maryland in order for those documents to be recorded correctly with the state of Maryland.
