The Panera Bread in Clinton is my preferred meeting location.  It's central to most people in the area and also cost effective.  

Notary Fee:  $6 per signer, per original document  (MD State Regulated rate)
Travel Fee: $8 if we meet at the Panera Bread

If we meet elsewhere or I come to you, the cost is calculated as follows:
$5 + 65.5 centers per mile, roundtrip (rounded to the nearest dollar).
